Our office is closed for lunch everyday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.

Our commitment is to provide our patients with the highest quality professional   medical care and to constantly improve our patient’s experience, quality of medical staff and operational efficiency.

Our Appointment policy is as follows

In order to provide the highest quality of care, our office works by appointments and the physician and nurse practitioner always try to be on schedule. However, doctors are called upon frequently for emergency services that upset office hours. Also, sometimes a patient may require more than the allotted time, throwing subsequent appointments off schedule. Please be charitable and know that you will be seen as close to the appointment time as possible.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

One of the keys to reducing wait time is recognizing when a late patient must be rescheduled. We want to treat every patient fairly, and no one should have to wait extra time because the patient before them was late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. While we will do all that is possible to accommodate requests, the first-available appointment may or may not be on the day the appointment was missed. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to call us to cancel if you cannot show up at your scheduled time. If you do not show or you cancel your appointment twice in row, you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Please call ahead if you are late or unable to make your appointment time. We will do all that we can to accommodate your appointment and to minimize the need to reschedule your appointment.

What should I do if I’m ill?

If you become ill while our office is closed, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

How do I get a refill on my prescription refilled

You may contact your pharmacy to request a refill on your medications if you have been seen in the office within 3 to 6 months, otherwise, please call our office and follow the automated instructions to talk to a staff member if you need a prescription refilled. Some prescriptions may also be filled by request on our Patient Portal. Some refills may require the patient to be seen before renewal.

Supplements

As part of incorporating Functional Medicine into our practice, we carry a variety of Pharmaceutical grade vitamins and supplements for the convenience of our patients. We recommend buying them from the office because of the high-quality standards of the vitamins and supplements, however you are not obligated to buy from the office.

For patients/clients who are currently taking vitamins from the office, we can set up automatic shipment for such patients, or you may drop by the office to pick up the vitamins without an appointment.
